First, I would like to personally acknowledge with deep gratitude – Dr. Christy Alcoseba who partnered with us financially especially during the early stages of the program, and also the Spikers’ Club members.
We also have received cash and gift donations of children’s clothing from the Philippine Community of Southern New Jersey, Inc. (PCSNJ) thru Frances Estella, for which the children were ecstatic.
Likewise, I would acknowledge the heartfelt support - cash and gift donations- coming from the Mekong Circle, the Miraculous Medal, the Santo Niño, and the affiliate prayer groups of South Jersey, who send boxes of toys, children's books, clothing and money. Through the leadership of Chel Rodriguez and Andy Aquino, groups have extended their missionary activity to the tribal schools, pledging a certain amount each month.
Also, I would acknowledge with deep appreciation the tremendous support, both financial and charitable, from Romy and Mona Buerano and their circle of friends. Specifically, they are leading the annual Medical Mission efforts, begun in 2010, and in association with Dr. Bundoc and the “Physicians for Peace”, to help more than 100 disadvantaged amputees in the tribal area, both children and adults, receive the prosthetics and medical attention they need.
Thanks to the NJ public charity, the Friends of Alouette, International and their supporters and volunteers, who have partnered with us to solicit funds, organize drives for school books and supplies and find grant monies for the benefit of the schools and the Tribal Empowerment Program.
Likewise, I’m personally gratified with my Tennis Buddies of Cherry Hill, who’ve made extra efforts to extend financial support and made major contributions for teachers’ salaries. Thanks to all the animators of the group - Hector Clemente, Nestor Bigornia, Red del Rosario and Eddie Cuartero and of course, the rest of my tennis buddies.
There are several individuals who have extended support that I would like to acknowledge with gratefulness.
• Atty. Jojay Alcaraz – thanks to Diane Bondad who introduced the program to him. • The family and friends of Ding Reyes • The family and relatives of Paking and Rosanna • The family and friends of Gloria Naluan • The family and relatives of Edith del Rosario • Kwala de la Cruz and her circle of friends.
And lastly, to all those who support us in one way or the other – Thank you all so very much.
